It is so sad that so many dog food items are being recalled.

I was in Walmart a week ago and saw signs on the shelves in front of the recalled pet food. What if someone couldn't read english or an elderly person bought
It gone this week.

I think it is a horrible act not comply with the recall and immediately remove any thing from the store shelves that would endanger our pets. Society has and continues to take a turn for the worse. And to add to that it's rediculous that the recalled pet foods are not published in a comprehensive manner for those who do not have internet access and have to rely on the quick response of the stores. The news doesn't even list the recalled foods, it refers you to a website. Consideration needs to be given to everyone and our pets need to be protected.

That's crap. If it were humn food they whould be either fined or shut down. I think the same should go for dog food also!!

The FDA should make it so all the food HAS to be taken off the shelves. No one wants a sick animal, or even worse, death of one.

I know for a fact that not all recalled food is off of the shelves. I was at my local Wal Mart and they still had recalled food on the shelves. I mentioned it to two different employees and was told it's not a big deal as the register will not allow the food to be purchased. Not good enough when lives are at risk!!!
