I have two pekinese who are deathly alergic to flea bites, an injection cost $160.00 just to stop the itching, ive learned that hydrocortosone cream is very effective just a little dab and it stop the itching immediately.

We have a 7 year old Chinese Shar-Pei. She is constantly biting or gnawing herself until she bleeds. She also shakes her head a lot. She has a real bad body odor even after bathing her and spraying with deodorant dog spray. What we do prevent these things? We can't afford a big vet bill.

Well I love all articles about all animal's if there is really anything 2 learn from it.BUT I don't understand why you are saying, that dog's that have a real BAD SCRATCHING PROBLEM.. YOU don't think that is a medicinal Problem. Well I have alot of friend's and I help groom animal's and I think this is the biggest problem we have and can not get any help any where. and yes I have done everything and just about anything 2 help my big baby's and other big baby's as well.why! can't vet's help us people! I have found something and I have really been studing this so I really think it time 4 me 2 share this with the animal lover's in this world and let them C what they think... how would U like 2 go around and scratchs 24 hours a day I don't think U would like it at all.

My 14 yr old Golden Retreiver is stratching the side of his face until it bleeds and is puffed up. He is on antibiotics but shouldn't he be on an anti-itch medicine as well?

My pit bull has been scratching since i got him at 7weeks old. He is now 11months old and has been diagnosed with food and environmental allergies. we even see a dermatologist. try chaning his food to something grain-free and one protein source like duck, turkey, vinison,or bison. chicken and beef are big culprets in allergies. weekly oatmeal baths also help. hopefully these things will help and you wont need the specialist.

My friend has a shihzu that scratches all the time. They have taken Baby Girl to the vet. but nothing seems to help. She gets a bath every week and brushed daily. Do you have any suggestions.

My son has a 5 yr old fem. Bullmastiff with skin issues. Their vet has been unable to get to the bottom of the problem. She has several areas that she has rubbed to the point that they bleed. These sores are not unsightly, and stinky, but she is miserable. Any Ideas ? It breaks my heart to see my granddog suffer.

My yellow lab also suffered from terrible scratching and itching. After much research we tried a pet skin package from Ask Ariel- it really helped reduce the redness, itching, and hair
loss!!!
Here is the link- I hope this
helps!!
