There are already laws in place to keep people from abusing animals. If law enfocement would enforce those laws bad breeders and neglectful owners would be punished. There is no need for more laws.

THis is just the begining. Once the animal rights wacko's get this passed they will push for more and more until it will eventually be against the law to breed
I do everything right. My dogs are kept better than most children in this state. The good breeders will be the ones effected by this. The ones who are already doing everything wrong will contunue to duck by.

I guess this is better than nothing, but as someone before me said problems will probably show up after 21 days (especially since plenty are probably from puppy mills) I think everyone should just adopt dogs instead. Mutts rule <3

i think it is a start but generally speaking health problems will show up after twenty-one days.

That is a great idea. I have heard there have been many problems with dogs bought at pet stores.
