I hope that they lock those teenagers up for life. That makes me sick to my stomach and it isn't much of a step before doing that to a human. If they haven't already!

I agree with a lot of people, all states should have this, they should set the teenagers on fire, etc. In 'Cesar's Way', by Cesar Millan, he described a pit bull in his 'pack' that had lost an important dogfight, and then set on fire, after gasoline had been poured on her.

It's a step in the right direction! All states should so this! What would really be helpful is if after the task force catches these despicable people, the courts need to give them actual sentences, not just a slap on the wrist!

I am glad they are trying to do something to help these animals. I hate hearing about stories of abuse and cruelty it makes me sick.
