I am an Officer at a prison that has a dog training program and work with the dogs have also worked with 4H training dogs have had boxers in fact looking for a boxer puppy.

Try feeding your dog in the crate leaving the door open, put the bowl of food just inside at the front of the crate as your dog becomes more comfortable with this then move it back until it is at the back of the crate, when she is comfortable and relaxed with this then close the door when feeding her and open the door as soon as she is done, after a few times with that then let her stay with the door closed for a time after she is done.

My dog has been doing this since we got him..hes 8 months old, neutured, and still pees in his kennel every day...even if we just leave him in there for an hour or two and take him outside right before we put him in. Baths every day are becoming horrible as i am now 6 month pregnant and cannot handle him as easily. Ive tried everything but it just gets worse and worse as he gets bigger and so do his pee puddles.
