difficult to imagine people would let their dogs access these substances either "accidentally" through carelessness or deliberately. Yes, just like with humans, at the very least, brain cells are lost with inhalation of poisonous substance

This is good information. Lots people don’t realize how many things in the house are really bad for dogs. Our Lab gets into a lot of stuff so we have to keep medicine, gum, etc, far away from her reach and locked up. Never give her anything but her Natural Balance dog food and the Healthy Bones treats, and that keeps her doing great and ensures we won’t have any emergency vet visits!
