Boy oh boy was last night one of our most scarys nights. We had Tornado Watch. All of a sudden it got really windy, and it started hailing quarter size hail. Then lots of lighting, and big loud thunder, pluse lots of rain. Even darn mom got really scare. So they turn on the weather radio. We had every kind of warning they could have. But we were very lucky. Because the very worst of it hit about 20 miles a little north of us. It's still raining a lot here. Moms thinking we should stay put until we talk to some of the people from here to make sure none of the roads are flood. But mom really wants to stay another day. Because its raining, and storming there too. Mom thinks they were hit harder then us. I slept in my thunder jacket. When the storm hit. It was about 11:30pm. Mom had a really hard time trying to get me to hold still to get it on. But once she did. I just laid down. I was stil really scare, but I quit running back n forth. Harley hid the whole night. He tried to sleep next to mom but mom need my thunder jacket last night because she was pretty scare herself, and opulent just lay in bed. So Harley gave up on her. And hid under the chair. It's still raining and thundering. Mom wants to stay another day. She afriad that we might run into flooded roads. And she has this dream over n over about a flooded road. And dad going thru it when she told him not too. They in up under water fighting for there lives. So she wants nothing to do with travel today. It's suppose to rain , n storm all day even were we are headed. So a day here sounds really good. Mom watched the Hatfields, n McCoys. It was good. Moms sister was married to a Hatfield. He passed away 7 years ago. But she has three boys with the last name. I hope you have a great day.

my Birthday began at 12:00 mid-night, Nonnie singing Happy Birthday too me, while brushing my teeth, before bed.
In the Morning, a Birthday surprise of 3 treats ♥ my sisters came to my PaWty. Momma took Birthday Photos.
Then ready for Birthday Presents .. PaWs-Up when I opened my presents .. Nonnie gave me a BIG YELLOW SHEEP, Misha gave me a Bone Squeaky Toy and a Ball with a bell inside, my Sisters' gave me Ultra Treats and greenies. Nonnie surprised me with Chicken, Salmon treats and Dental-Chicken Chews.

Momma made me a Birthday Cup-A-Cake, was yummmy and I ate, ate, ate !! Until' my Tummy was pouching Out !!

We ran around the swimming pool for Birthday games, once upstairs we ran as fast as we could around the couch (bol)!! Misha lead the way, were all now relaxing.

Happy Sunday. Hope you had a great weekend.
Yesterday was a busy day for us. I went to the groomer for the last time as they will be moving. Mom stayed and watched as she will be grooming me now. Mom learned all kinds of little tips. Hopefully mom will do a good job & I won’t have to go into hiding afterwards. Mom got all of my grooming supplies ordered and is still in sticker shock over the amount of money they cost. The craziest part is how much the shears cost. Some of those shears cost $400. Needless to say, mom didn’t get the $400 dollar shears but the ones she got were still plenty expensive as she had to get a straight pair, curved pair & thinning pair. She skipped getting a grooming table as all of the affordable ones weren’t sturdy enough to hold a dog my size. So she is going to use the coffee table that is stored under the bed in the spare bedroom. It is big & sturdy enough to hold me. And the best part is that it is free. Mom says I am quickly running her into the poor house.
I’ve been taking my liquid medication but let me tell you I sure don’t like it. Mom says I remind her of a little kid because I make an awful face & make gagging noises. I had to take it while I was at the groomer’s yesterday and she couldn’t stop laughing at me. She said I was too funny. So far I haven’t had any reaction to the reduced dose and hopefully I will continue to do well.

Thank you so much for voting for me in the Avatar contest. I really do appreciate it, don't expect to win but I wanted to enter anyway. not too much going on here today, I am just lying around sleeping. Mom did give me lots of pets, scratches and belly rubs though today. I will probably go for a walk tonight as long as it is not raining. I am so sick of rain! We have tons of mosquitoes now too. Mom can't go outside without long pants on because the skeeters love her. She gets at least five bites every time she goes outside. Hope you are enjoying your weekend. Labby licks and cuddles, Sugar

Mom doesn't drive with dad in the car either. He try's to tell mom how to drive too. Mom use to drive a school bus. Any way one day we just got to Tropic Winds, dad unhook the car. And drove around to pick a spot. Well mom decided to drive this motor home for the first time. Dad had a big smil on his face. Mom can back up really good. Well dads smile turn to worry. Mom was backing up. And dad starts dancing around the camper, he was driving mom crazy. Mom couldn't see him, because she could barely see out of the mirrors. Iif dad was driving mom really really crazy, then this lazy fat nieghbor comes out and now he's telling mom to how to back up. With there advice. Mom almost ran over the water hook up. Mom got so mad she got out of the motor home. And start yelling at this man she didn't know. Telling him to mind his own business. And total dad she never drive the motor one as long as he telling her how to drive. Really you should have seen these two grown men running around the motor home jumping up and down mom was afraid she was going to run over one of them. She told dad next time she drives he gets duck tape on the month, and duck tape to the seat. Remember mom use to drive a school bus, and could parallel park on both sides of the street. And back up to a loading dock. But when mom drives dad has to tell mom what to do. Mom has never had a ticket. Dads had 15 tickets. Mom feel bad about calling the man everything under the sun. So she told him she was sorry. He told mom it was okay because his wife calls him all those words on a daily bases.
Mom is a chicken when it comes to ride on the back of the motor cycle. She would probably act like dad. Hee Hee mom will found in her car. Hee Hee
Dad won't let me go swimming.. He total mom that if we won't get in it why would you let Boomer. The waters really slimy looking.
Mom n dad didn't get to go swimming, the pools was way to cold. They thought well let's go to the hot tub, well it's not a hot tub it's a kiddy pool. Mom n dad are so out of touch, they think everyone has a hot tub. So we are just going to go hiking while we are here. I missed my morning hike mom didn't get up until 10:00, so now I have to wait until it cools off. Bummer.
I hope you have a great dad. We leave tomorrow morning. So I might not be able to get on. See ya hopefully tomorrow.

I would like to thank everyone for the 1st Year DC Anniversary wishes. Under the circumstances, I am not as happy as I would have been had we not lost Little Girl yesterday. I am truly glad to be a member of the DC Family.
Our whole family would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our dear friends for the outpouring of love and sympathy upon the loss of our sweet Kitty Cat, Little Girl Cat. She was the sweetest little thing and loved to lay in Mommys lap and lick her like a puppydog. Mommy is so very sad and has a broken heart, again, and your love means the world to us. Again, Thank You for caring about us.
Day 3 of my DOTM run! You guys are the best. Friends are the most important thing in the world to me after family! I want you to know I appreciate each and every one of you.
Now, For the topic I promised you.....
~~ The BEST Dog Movies You May Not Be Watching ~~
Today may sound like a rerun of yesterday, but it is not. Today's movie is another version of the story of Bobby. "The Adventures of Greyfriars Bobby" stars James Cosmo, Oliver Golding, Gina McKee, Sean Pertwee, Greg Wise and Christopher Lee.
Once again, liberties are taken, but the story is still worth viewing. This little dog is clearly destined to live forever in the hearts of the people of Edinburgh and , for that matter, all over the world. You can find a copy of the book with the actual true factual account of Greyfriars Bobby online. My Mommy owns it as well as both movie versions. I highly recommend you check it out. I think you will like it.

Left a vote for you, we had a very busy week. Looks like we are going to stay busy, Mom will be working every other Saturday all summer. She isn't happy, except the extra $$ will help pay for the new horse instructor. That is going well, it has only been 2 lessons, but she likes her and best of all the instructor, her name is Savannah, likes Charlie. Mom moved my agility class to 7PM on Friday nights,'cause we were having trouble getting there by 4:30. It is a bit late for both of us, we get up early, but it is really fun, so we will continue. Last night we trained with a new dog, his name is Ace, he is a lot bigger than me, and his problem is staying focused on his Mom, I can help with that, he also barks some and growls, I don't think he is mean, I bark and growl some too, so maybe we can help each other. Today's movie is another Disney Production. Walt Disney's version of Greyfriar's Bobby is based on Eleanor Atkinson's immortal children's book. As with many stories based on true stories, Disney takes many liberties with facts, but the story of a man and his devoted dog that have a bond that can't be broken even in death are true and factual. A movie for dog lovers of all ages. It stars Donald Crisp, Lawrence Naismith, Alex Mackenzie and Kay Walsh.
