How We Met?
Charlotte::I became the owner of charlotte when I got good grades. Our friends told us the name of a lady who bread white labs, she said she would know someone nearby who bread chocolates. Lo and Behold we got lucky. She had one choclate female in a litter of only 2. so we put a deposit on her at 2 weeks of age. We got lucky because the lady said she would have been gone the next day. :::: Live, Love, Laugh, Lick ::::It has always been hard losing a loved one such as a grandmother or aunt. But studies also show that losing a pet, like a dog is often times harder on a person than losing an aunt. One cannot get around the fact that your dog is nearing his/her end. That is the thoughts that make me tear up and cry on a regular basis. Not only that, but the thought of losing your first dog, the one that you grew up with, and the one that remain in your heart forever. As an avid dog lover, as of many of the others that come onto this site daily, even a friend losing a dog is something that hearts your heart. I wonder myself how I will be able to deal with it. As an owner my biggest inspiration is something that I get from this site. I know that if something happens I can lean back on my DC friends. On another note, nothing is going on out of the ordinary hear. My beautiful dog Bo Peep is a happy mostly healthy Chocolate Lab. She eats and she runs even though it is a little slower than 3 years ago. The trips to the park are decreasing mostly because she runs so hard that she limps for the next 3 days. As the senior of the house she gets special treatment. She gets to eat first, sleep where ever and when ever she wants, and best of all, she gets the prime drinking spot. The last part of this blog we would like to dedicate to all the people that continue to keep us in their thoughts. We know that you are out there even though we can't see you. This blog has been dedicated to our beloved Morgan and all of the other doggies that support us... With a whole bunch of Labby Loves, Ashley and Bo Peep †
