Yep you're my buddy!! You made me feel so comfortable around you and the other pups on the meetup. That's the best I've been so far. You have the sweetest sissy Cara, who is a good "mommy" to you! I even smiled in the pic I had taken with her. We love meeting with you guys. We should do it more often at our park. Thanks for making me feel relaxed around so many!! Woofs Chippy

Our DC meetup was this past weekend and boy oh boy did we have fun seeing our good friends again and meeting some new ones. Pics are on our Facebook page "Riley Chipper". We all met at our Lake Park and it was just BEAUTIFUL there. The trees are changing from green to all sorts of colors! So in keeping with the season change we're pulling something different from our DOTM grab bag today. Here are two of our favorite Autumn poems. We'll have a new duo theme tomorrow. When the trees their summer splendor

Our momma said the Vet had Gracie take the following:
Cephalexin - 3 ML every 12 hours - for 2 weeks - and needs to be refrigeratored
*Gracie was licking her paws, biting at her paws - Bacteria was ingested.

Our Angel Whitney - she had Flesh Eating Bacteria - nonnie and nonno were away on vacation Angel Whitney was boarded at the Vet - the Vet had called said Whitney needed a back tooth extracted. Nonnie gave Vet permission to pull-the tooth. Angel Whitney was old went into trauma & stress - Nonnie noticed after she had bathed Angel Whitney, her skin was beginning to become hard and it was spreading from the middle of her back to her neck. Vet had to operate - removal of hard skin (called flesh eating bacteria) - she was on antibotic's.
..... Auntie Stacey, Your Vet should know about the above and how to treat ...........

Our Shih Tzu sissy Gracie (a rescue from State of Washington) she was in a home, eating cat food, and stepping in the kitty litter box. Bacteria grew on her paws and pads (before her flight to Las Vegas) Vet's treated Gracie of this condition. Vet, has to have a method of medicines. Nicky, have your mommy see another Vet.
Honey, were keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Made us feel good to know your skin is not getting hard.
Rule out flesh eating bacteria.

Nicky and Auntie Stacey - Nicky where your skin is turning black, is your skin soft ? Our sissy Angel Whitney, had a tooth extracted she went into truma, her skin discolored and Vet diagnosised her with flesh eating baterica, Angel Whitney went into surgery and skin was taken off (her skin went from soft to hard) - her color came back - ask your Vet for a referral to a specialist. Our sissy Angel Taylonnie our Vet referred her to the Vet Referral Center with imagining and further testing / 3 Vet's conclusion's / found our sweet sissy's kidney's could bearly see on X-rays.
