DAY 30 OF SNICKERS’ DOTM RUN! THANKS FOR YOUR VOTE OF SUPPORT! My last day…. Thank you SO much for being there for me all month! I’m going to end the month with a little bit of information from each theme that I did this month! DOG TIPS * Never leave short-faced dogs such as Bulldogs or Pugs outside on a hot day for any length of time. Even half and hour at 85 degrees is enough to kill them. * Give your dog rawhide only when you can supervise him. Throw away small pieces of chews so your dog doesn’t swallow them, potentially causing choking or intestinal obstruction. CLEANING TIPS * Remove a bumper sticker! Have a sticker on your car bumper or window that’s past it’s prime? They’re easy to remove without any scraping that could scratch your car’s finish. Simply rub mayonnaise over the entire sticker and let it sit for several minutes. The mayo helps dissolve the glue, so you can peel it right off! * Easy paint cleanup! When you’re painting a room with a roller, put a large plastic bag over the roller pan before pouring in the paint. Once you’re finished, just pull the bag off- the pan will be clean and ready to be used again. DOG BREED INFORMATION * Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes are considered ancient dogs, among the breeds closest to wolves in DNA. * The Lundehund has the same type of jaw as the Varanger Dog, whose fossilized remains dating back 5,000 years were found in Russia.
