Remembering Joanna
Hey you lucky dog! How is your mama doing now?
All through the month of April we on the Horse Channel want to honour a dear friend who passed away last year. In February her beloved pony, Pixie Dust, also passed away to join her in the next life.

Perhaps some of you remember me mentioning Joanna last year when she died. She was a very special friend. She was bedridden for many years but didn't lose her happy spirit. She was on the HC for 3 years and blogged regularly, always having a kind word for those in trouble. Not once did any of us suspect that she wasn't well! At the age of 34 she passed away peacefully at home.
On my pages I have photos of Joanna in bed being visited by Pixie Dust. She had a wonderful relationship with her pony and made friends easily with all those who were blessed to have her in their lives.

Good Evening!
It was a very beautiful day! We enjoyed it to and guess what we did? Chased a fox! He was pretty to. He was red! But he was fast! It was so nice! We did have a thunderstorm but it didn't last long! Have sweet Dogie dreams tonight! Love ya!

For your sweet visit to my page and for leaving me such a nice congratulations note. It was such a surprise to be the one the photographer picked to be in the paper. He was taking pics of all the dogs running that day, and I guess he liked my pic best. Anyway, it was a fun day for all of us. Oreo

I'm glad you stopped by it was nice hearing from you again. It's chilly here and they are calling for snow Friday into Saturday. I hope we get lots. Mom says not this weekend cause they are getting their taxes done and she has to go to the eye doctors. I tried to tell her she shouldn't have made those appointments, every time she has something planned for the weekend we have gotten snow, when she doesn't have anything planned the weather is beautiful. So she made plans, we should get blasted! Yippee I might get to go sledding again! Course it won't last long cause it's supposed to get up to 40 degrees by Monday.
Well not much else going on, those squirrels aren't as busy today as they have been so my patroling the perimeter must be scarying them! I shall go back to my patrol and see what I can scare up! Hope you have a fantastic night.

howdy
mom has so much to do. she has a list and only got like 3 things marked off today. one of those things is to get back to your mom about her email. please know we do read them, we do pray for you always and we do answer them, eventually. try to stay warm and comfy. Today was another cold one. didn’t do much around here. mom has been on the phone all day and so she is not really up to blogging too much tonight. She did make some fresh jerky tonight, wahooo. I think we are going to head to the hut soon. so I am keeping this short. Leaving you some fresh homemade chicken jerky. Wishing you an awesome night and a wonderful start to the new week.
