Hi Money, Abbie and Pooh and Mom Beccie!
We were so sorry to hear that Money fell off the bed and tore his outer nail away from the inner nail. We know that has to be very painful because you won't let your Mom even touch it to bandage it. We also heard that Abbie got startled and accidentally scratched Regis' eye. We all know she would never have done that if she could have seen there was no reason to panic, and we know she feels bad about hurting him. Pooh, please be very careful, since it seems that you all have having a bad week. We don't want you to get hurt! Please have a good week and we hope that you are all soon feeling better! How is the toe, Money?
I sure hope your toe heals right and you don't need surgery. We are praying for you and for Regis.
Well, even tho' Dad put a birdhouse with a plexiglass viewing hole in it against the window, that silly bluebird, and her mate, too keep trying to get in the windows!. She is the most persistant and tenatious! She bumps and pecks at all 4 windows, the bay window and the kitchen sink window and this morning she came right to the front door!
Boy! That's all we need in here. Another bird! We got 2 in here already, only Pooh (nicknamed pooper. How appropriate, a BIRD called pooper - BOL) and Ty are in cages. This silly little bird would come in and fly around the house pooping on everything, maybe even me! Oh my gosh! That would mean a bath for me....ewwwww! I am sure in Mommy's eyes bird poop would rate right up there with the cow poop I found after the neighbors cows came to visit! I'm sure you know what I did after finding that, don't you? I practiced that trick Mommy taught me, you know the one, "roll over", Yep, executed it perfectly and Mommy, for some reason, didn't like it! She taught it to me. Go figure! They teach you a trick, tell you what a good boy you are when you get it down pat, then when you do it, completely spontaneous on your own, they get upset. So there was a little cow poop there, what's the big deal? If it didn't bother me what difference could it possibly have made to mommy? Why do they make such a " Big Stink" about it....pun intended! BOL!
Maya has never gotten a bath since she got adopted by us. Mommy told her she gets her toenails trimmed, a haircut and a bath before Easter! She even has a new little pink bling flower to wear on her collar Easter Sunday. I have a white bow tie. I am wearing it in my profile picture along with the always attractive "bunny ears"....sure to exude my tough guy masculinity, if you care to have a sneak peek! Hopefully since I posed for that utterly humiliating photo session for Mommy without without any trouble, she will decide the rugged "James Bond" masculine look will do it for me and I will get to skip the primping before we go to Grandma's for Easter Dinner!
Well, I better stop my story telling for now. I have rambled on about poop long enough! I don't want you to think my blog "stinks" hehehe BOL!

I'm so very sorry to hear about you today, sweetie. Keeping you, Regis and Mom in our prayers, thoughts and hearts. Sounds like what has gone on at our house with all the vet visits, etc. When it rains, it pours, so sending only sunshine your way and healing blessings.

Get well soon pal. I am saying my prayers for ya and that your claw grows back normally. Our dog claws are so sensitive, and I know it hurts. Try not to chew on your bandaid, it is helping you.
