Hi Coopie
I was very happy to help out Buddy with his DOTD run! So glad to see we all made it happen for him on his special day! Hope you have recooperated from you DOTM run!
Finally the weekend is almost here! We have lots of yard work to get done and plants and flowers to get put in the ground. Mom and dad have the weekend all set with work! How unfun for us! I guess I will have to entertain myself with the pups and the squirrels! Well I certainly hope you get lots of "people time" this weekend! Enjoy

Lots of rain here in NJ!! Our lawn is looking very green but we are kind of getting annoyed with the rain at this point!

Hi Queen Coopie
Everytime Uncle Phil comes around. I always forget about my blogging. I guess since I’m having so much fun. Well it happened again! Uncle Phil came over last night. He is getting ready to go on a trip to. He and two of his friends are gonna drive. Mom told me where they are going. But, I forgot already! You know us pups and short memory. Uncle Phil will be gone for a whole week. So I won’t see him for two weeks. Not sure what I’m going to do. I guess Mom will have to do. Even though I see her everyday.
We had rain and thunder this morning. Than magically the sun came out. It was sure good to see it. There was a few hours of blue skies. But, now the dark clouds are back. I wish that wet stuff would leave. Not much fun going outside. And getting really really soaked. Maybe next time I’ll just hold it longer. On second thought, little pup, little bladder. Maybe Not!
Now I’m counting down the minutes. Until it’s time for my treats. Got to start staring at Mom. Always helps to give her hints.

Hey there, Queen Coopie!
I stopped by and left a DOTD vote for Buddy. I hope he wins!
Yesterday I had a very interesting day. I got to ride all the way to Birmingham, AL with Mom. It rained all the way there, but was beautiful on the way back. She had to take the Outback in for a 15,000 mile service check up. It passed with flying colors! She had the oil changed, the tires rotated, filters changed, fluids changed, etc. It took them about 2 hours. I got to wait in the Customer Lounge with Mom. I met a bunch of nice people. They all told me how pretty I am and how well behaved I am! I even just sat there and watched while the guy was installing some new cabinets and countertops. Mom was so proud of me!! We were so tired when we got home that we took an hour nap before dinner.

Absolutely Queen Coopie!
I would do anything for you my Queen and friend! Boy did I have a day today. I got my nails clipped and a haircut. I helped my Mommy run the sweeper, clean cat boxes, wash the cat beds and my Teddy Bear Rug. supervised when she clipped Chewie's nails and trimmed his feet (for the first time ever, I might add) Stayed by her side when she worked on our photo albums and her address book! Checked emails. Ran the dishwasher I always watch the loading VERY close.Helped feed and water the birds and get this........Mommy took me and Chewie both outside, offleash, and let us get some exercise! We were good and had such fun!
Now poor Chewie, he didn't quite know what to make about those electric trimmers on his feet! He and Mommy had to work at getting him to not be afraid of the trimmer. The first foot was not easy. The second foot was the worst. He and Mommy looked Like they belonged in the ring at one of those silly WWE events that Aunt Mindi and Grandma always watch on that black box. By the time she got to the last foot, he wasn't too bad. I bet the next time it starts all over again. I'm betting on Mommy to win the match, though! BOL!

We haven't heard a peep from anyone in Canada. If we do we will sure let you know. I think Auntie Sandy got upset with mommy for missing her call that Sat but we had lightening hit an apple tree and mommy had to get it off the fence so the horses wouldn't get out.
Mommy been checking her page and not a thing. Chance just got our Tyler's birthday card. It is going to be late but maybe we will here back from that.
If you hear let us know and we will let you know too.
We will stop by Buddy's page tomorrow.

we had rain today and it was raw and chilly...mom and dad went to lunch then mom went shopping for food...when she got home she started to pay bills and balance the check book it seemed to take her forever and the cats made sure she did everything right by sitting on the bills so they didn't get away..BOL

Sorry for the c/p, but being that I was offline, I got a little behind, so this will catch me up (I hope!) I had a great time on vacation, with the exception of my allergies getting worse, but we found out yesterday that I am reacting to my plastic kennel! So dad went out and bought me a new metal one today, which I'm not sure I like, but I guess I will adjust. I really don't have a choice, I guess. The good news is that my ear infection is cleared up and the vet said they are the best they have ever looked. Our vacation took us to Blue Eye, MO and we hiked in the woods, but quit due to all the woodticks there. Mom & dad gave up counting how many they took off me and dad. Mom only had 2. How lucky was she?? Mom & dad took in a couple of shows, which they enjoyed. They found a nice park where we hiked (no ticks), nice paved walkways. After Blue Eye, we traveled to Aurora, IL to visit friends and to meet their 7 month old mixed breed dog, Penny. Penny is a handful, she kept body slamming me and all I did was growled back and slapped at her with my paws. We romped in their backyard and then inside chased each other around the dining room table. All in all, we got along. We spent 4 days there (we stayed in a hotel). Mom had asked for a 1st floor room, but ended up on 3rd floor, so they upgraded us to a suite, boy was that nice! I didn't mind going up 3 flights of stairs for my potty breaks with such a nice room. We have stayed there before and they have a manmade pond with a nice paved walking trail that is one mile, so mom & I walked it every day at least once and one day we did it 3 times. Vacations are fun, but it's always good to be home. Now it's back to normal, except dad's work schedule changed for this week and mom might have to work extra hours since she was gone, but it's as close to normal as it gets around here. I think that sums up my vacation. Thanks to all who dropped by to wish me a happy anniversary. I had completely forgotten about it so it was nice to be remembered. I'm glad you are my furfriends.
