Now That's Cute!

With the entrants' amazing personalities and adorable faces, choosing a winner and runners-up is never an easy task. This year proved to be as challenging as ever, but we managed to narrow the field to these top five. 

Manhattan, 13 weeks Mixed breed Owner: Conway Liao, San Jose, Calif.

"What a wonderful rescue pup. We knew we had to have her after laying eyes on her on a rescue posting online. She is the sweetest, friendliest, smartest, and of course, cutest puppy alive — a perfect blend of German Shepherd Dog and Labrador Retriever. The above photo was taken right after her first bath, where she loved playing in the water and, of course, licking."

Second Place

Aspen Sky, 9 months Siberian Husky Owner: Erica Stedman, Lansdale, Pa.

"Aspen is a wish we made upon a star. Our life had darkened with sadness, and we wished to laugh and smile again. She made us smile at first sight, and has kept us laughing ever since. Not only is she the most precious little girl, it is the unconditional love that she shows us every day. No matter what obstacles life brings us, she brightens our days with her gentle kisses, playful energy, and cuddling."

Third Place

Molly, 8 weeks Mixed breed Owner: Melissa Maiorino, Deerfield Beach, Fla.

"This is my Molly. She is 8 weeks old and as sweet as can be. She loves to cuddle, play, and just be near us. She is a ham and runs up to everyone, wanting to lick them. She loves other dogs and has no fear."

Zurich, 2 1/2 months Bernese Mountain Dog Owners: Bruce & Rosanne Beals, Sacramento, Calif.

"This is my Bernese Mountain Dog Zuri (short for Zurich). She was 2 1/2 months old at the time this was taken. She loves to go into the snow every weekend and frolic all day."
