Meet Charlie Brown, a 7-year-old chocolate-colored male and the favorite of Frank B.'s nine Border Collies. Charlie Brown keeps to a busy, regimented daily schedule on Frank's Bayshore Kennel and Farm in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
“First, he goes out and pees on about 50,000 things. Then he might gnaw on a chew bone for a while,” says Frank, a longtime Border Collie owner and breeder.
