Tooth Talk

After many years working in a veterinary hospital, I always think of teeth when February rolls around. That’s because February is National Pet Dental Health month. Our clinic offered dental specials throughout the month, so I got into the habit of scheduling my own pets’ annual dental cleanings at this time. It’s great way to keep track of their dental care. If it has been a while since your dog’s last dental exam, February is a great time to make an appointment and take advantage of any specials your vet may be offering.

My comment is about the article in your February 2010 article about Carol Fama and Doberman Rescue of the Triad. I am a two-time adopter of Dobermans from Carol, and in my opinion she is an angel on earth. Not only does she rescue beautiful Doberman pinschers, but she seems to have an intuition about which dog to match up to which forever home so that the dog's life and the humans' lives are enhanced and enriched beyond measure. I am available to give you more details about just how outstanding and personal the experience of adopting a Dobe from Carol has been for my husband and myself and am happy to email you photos of our two Doberman females, Mousse and Chloe.
