I am looking for a large German shepherd. I want to train and bring to every level of obedience class-which makes a better dog. I would like him or Her to be protective but also friendly with my family and visitors. They do become how you train them. I am a passionate baseball player and want to teach the dog how to run the bases and have a fun day when I hit baseballs for starter. I have many ideas but most of all a special friend to be loyal to each other.

Have had German Shepherds all my life. You need to be patient and spend time with them. They want to be with you not put on a chain outside away from the family. You should not beat a Shepherd or any other dog. If you show them love, they will always stay by your side. Have fun with them, would have more if I could, now have two. Love them, love them
