I agree with Genete and add it is NEVER acceptable for charges NOT to be filed in these cases - it's like giving permission to start again!

I am SO SICK of these pieces of TRASH using animals for profit. They make money off them but NEVER give them proper care, food, & especially needed socialization & handling. When is this going to end!!

And speaking of putting scum bags in jail, When is the Salina, Kansas Police Department going to go after the SALINA, KANSAS scumbag who stole a SERVICE ANIMAL from a DISABLE PERSON in SALINA, KANSAS? Only in Salina, Kansas can you STEAL a SERVICE ANIMAL from a DISABLED PERSON and get away with it. BOYCOTT SALINA, KANSAS until this Service Animal is returned to it's disabled owner and the Salina, Kansas Scumbag who stole it is in the SALINA, KANSAS JAIL!
