The search is over for Ivo. The Jim Wells County, Texas, drug-sniffing dog who turned up missing from a fenced yard on Fourth of July has been located. Veterinarian Glen Wilkinson says Ivo has a broken shoulder blade and a tick-related disease, The Associated Press reports.
