A new fad in China has zoo owners using dye and haircuts to make dogs look like tigers and pandas. The dogs are specially groomed to look like exotic animals. One zoo in the eastern province of Henan has turned a pack of stray dogs into exotic animals using paint, MyFoxPhilly.com reports.
