Putnam County, W. Va. Offering Low Cost Spays and Neuters

The program is effective now for all dogs, and it will continue to run as long as funds are available.

The Putnam County Humane Society in West Virginia will offer limited-income dog owners the opportunity to obtain $10 spays or neuters for their pet at participating veterinary facilities, reported the Charleston, W.Va., Gazette.

The program is effective now, and it will continue to run as long as funds are available.
Applications for the low-cost spay/neuter program are available by calling (304) 562-0300.

Fantastic, low cost spay and neuter is, in my opinion, the best way to control the pet population. I know people that find the cost of spaying and neutering more than they can pay and then they end up with puppies. It shouldn't be so expensive.
