Miley Cyrus Helps Find Aunt’s Lost Dog

The “Hannah Montana” star made posters and scoured a Los Angeles neighborhood looking for the missing Maltese.

Miley Cyrus has added dog rescuer to her sizable resume: The singer, actress and dancer helped find her aunt’s missing Maltese.

The “Hannah Montana” star was spotted peddling a bike around her aunt’s Toluca Lake, Calif., neighborhood and calling out for the missing dog. Cyrus was also seen posting several handwritten signs, which offered a reward for the 7-month-old, 3-pound dog named Bunny.

Cyrus was elated when the dog was found, some hours after he had gone missing. The emotional reunion was caught by paparazzi cameras, prompting TMZ.com to call the incident an elaborate “publicity stunt.”

This isn’t the first time 15-year-old Cyrus found a missing dog. In February, Cyrus and her dad, country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus, found a lost dog near a Los Angeles restaurant they had been visiting. The father and daughter, who are working on the third season of their hit TV show and preparing for a “Hannah Montana” movie, were photographed playing with the lost dog until he was reunited with its owner.

I saw a photo from TMZ where it shows Miley in NYC with her yorkie, Roadie. I noticed that the dog had a tag on the collar, looked like a flea deterrent, but turns out her people use a product called Frescopet fragrant tags for her dogs.

i think it was really nice of her to help her aunt find her lost dog. if she didnt than that would be really rude, but what i dont understand is why people are making rude comments about her on tv and youtube and stuff like that

Why does everything have to be labeled as a publicity stunt when someone famous looks after an animal - can't they just be viewed as someone who cares about animals and wants the best for them.
