Ch. Smash JP Talk About, “Smash,” a Japanese-born Toy Poodle, earned Best in Show honors at the World Dog Show, held May 24-27, 2007, in Mexico City. Smash beat out an estimated 5,000 rivals representing 300 breeds to capture the title of the annual event. Two Mexican dogs captured second and third places in the Best in Show competition: Braco Malfoy, a Bulldog, and Tizoc, a Xoloitzcuintli. Next year’s World Dog Show takes place July 3-8, 2008, in Stockholm, Sweden.
