grieving grace Flagstaff, AZ 9/28/2009 9:18:43 AM nice article, be careful with a GSD though. they can be a little aggressive even with training. i recently lost my beloved bichon frise lilli to my GSD Alex one day when i left them alone to go do my errands. alex had been trained, but had territorial issues we were working on. i just had to go do my errands, so i put the dogs in opposite rooms and closed the door. when i got home, i saw my beloved lilli bloodied and battered in the foyer. my german shepherd had broken her neck.
Niki Albuquerque, NM 8/20/2009 10:00:05 AM Abigail, If you are still having problems with your puppy biting your feet, try some bitter apple spray or something else your dog does not like the taste of. Spray it on your feet before you play and the biting should stop. Your puppy biting your feet is a way of playing with you, but you will have to teach him that biting is not ok. My german shepherd does the same thing. We hold her mouth shut and tell her in a firm voice "no bite" until she is calm enough to stop biting.

Rena Richlands, NC 9/22/2008 5:07:32 AM The hide and seek game is wonderful. My 3 year old son plays this with our pup. They have equal amounts of fun.
maddy england, YT 11/21/2007 10:16:54 AM buy him a green rubber hoop and kind of flick it in the air in front off you're dog and it should jump really high and catch the hoop
