Regina Rockville, MD 12/28/2008 3:47:42 PM I work at an animal shelter and I have two dogs of my own. Dogs get bored of their food all the time! One of my own dogs included. When I put pumpkin, honey, yogurt or fish oil on his kibble he enjoys his food again. Dogs are Omnivores they are supposed to have a variety of foods from meats to veggies, so why not package them in treats that they will enjoy? I don't think you have to be an "artistic pervert" to enjoy giving your pet some fun foods that are good for them too! And by the way...If you think your pets aren't "hooting and hollering" about new food then you weren't paying attention.
Sophie Noneya, NY 5/21/2008 2:50:15 PM It kinda sucks that pets cant have chocolate, anyhow, dogs should stick to kibble, i dont care if they eat the same thing everyday, because they dont seem to mind, my cats and my aunt's dog arent hooting and hollering about new food are they? These artistic perverts are wasting their time
Liza Grand Bay-Westfield, NB 5/12/2008 5:14:51 PM I bake treats for my dog and he loves it!! He gets excited when he sees me getting the ingredients out. I don't know how he knows...but he does lol.
Deborah Tallahassee, FL 5/12/2008 10:33:22 AM I think it's a great idea as long as it is only given once in a while. If you give it too often the dog will only want that and not his dry food, also human food isn't as good for the dog as dry dog food.
