John and Maureen Newington, CT 6/16/2010 4:49:11 AM We would likre to know how to stop excivive barking. Our dachsie who we adopted through our local police dept, barks at a fly 60 blocks away. We understand that they have great hearing but at everything????? Please let us know how to curb the basrking w/o yelling at him.
William Indianapolis, IN 1/18/2009 12:46:14 PM The article was somewhat helpful. My neighbor has dogs that like to bark at 6AM almost everyday for almost six years. When they first got here, someone called animal control on him. Over the years, they have gradually quieted down. The question is how can I quieted them down since he can't or won't do it himself?
