I have an Entlebucher Sennenhund. we got him at 4 months
old
This dog is afraid of his own shadow. He is afraid of
strangers
and of strange places. My being with him makes no
difference.
He is constantly looking over his shoulder and then forward not

trusting anything. His attention to me under these situations is zero. He will not take a treat or drink water. He is not a little over 4 years old and we have had a number of dog trainers and psychologists with no help. We had him castrated 5 weeks ago under the advise of many trainers and our dog doctor. He seems to be more calmer in the house now but

is more aggressive to people. I am working with him daily
to
get him to follow my commands. He is great when nothing else has his attention. I am feeding him much less and trying to use his hunger to get his attention. More advise from others. Help!!!!!!

That's wonderful advice; I love the slow and positive approach. Another idea in addition to the ones above is having "strangers" give your dog treats or kongs so that your dog learns to trust strangers more and more.
