Allison Northumberland, England, AB 5/24/2012 1:17:08 PM My 6 month old Lurcher underwent the surgery two days ago and he has been absolutely fine....I don't even think he has noticed what he has been through! The vets were great supplying him with a cone collar (which he managed to tear off) and pain killers to last a week. The vet rang me the following day to check he was ok. He is going for his check up tomorrow and despite not wearing his cone collar I think he is absolutely fine and acting just as normal!
