Count on brushing and combing every day or two. You will need a wire slicker brush and a fine-tooth metal comb. Plus trips to the groomer every 6-8 weeks, unless you want to do the trimming yourself.
marissa deptford, NJ 5/27/2009 8:25:28 AM to my opinion yorkie poos would need grooming a friend of mine ,her dogs hair got madded and she has a maltese which is similar to a yorkie poo i cant wait until i get my yorkie poo so i can put her hair in bows and dress her up her name will be tina!!!
Cyl Jacksonville, NC 8/23/2008 11:38:31 AM In my opinion they do. I have a 1 year old yorkie-poo named Dizel and he is clipped every 5-6 weeks and he seems to enjoy the pampering and in the end he looks great. He however does sport a non traditional mohawk.
