My Dauchshund,Peanut, she's 5 years old,her weight is way over,so my Vet says, she's about 32 pounds, she wants to eat all the time, even when I give her her allowed amount, she still wants something else to eat,she is scared of all noise's even the word (noise) my grandson helded her out the car window while they were bringing her to me,so I'm sure that has alot to do with her being so afraid, but shes scared of any kind of noise, anyway, she was real easy to pottie train,no trouble with chewing or digging, shes my doll,I wouldn't trade my time with her, shes like my child, but she just can't seem to loose weight no matter what, any suggestions? Thank You

There is no excuse for allowing a miniature Dachshund to get so fat!! If this dog does not lose weight, he WILL have back problems, if he doesn't already. This guy should consult his Vet for guidance- he obviously doesn't know what he is doing and probably shouldn't even have dogs....
