I don't have anything to rate it against so I don't know how valuable my rating is. My dog and I love it. There are three separate fenced areas based on what your dog is comfortable with. My guy is little but he is happy in the general section with all size dogs. There is an area for smaller dogs if they prefer. There are benches and some plastic chairs. No attendant is on duty, but pet parents are generally very responsible. No children under 8 are permitted, though some ignore this (my one complaint). Balls and some toys are available, however they are well used. A water fountain and bowls are also provided. Weekends are a little crazier than during the week. Parking is available on the park road when school is in session. During school off times the parking is outside the general park and you have to walk your pup to the park. (weekends, holidays, I don't know about summer)
