This is a very clean, well-cared for dog park. The parking lot has about 25 spaces, and then you need to walk about 325 step along a wood chip path to reach the park itself. The path has views of some back hills, wild areas of Laguna Niguel. There are signs warning that rattlesnakes could be in the area. The ground in the park is also covered in wood chips. There isn't much shade, only two shade canopies and a few trees along the border. There are four tables with benches, but only two have a shade canopy. The park also has a small enclosed area within the larger fenced area. Perhaps for people who want to keep their dogs separate from those in the large area? I didn't notice any water outlets in the area, but perhaps I missed them. I'd definitely bring along my own water for my dog. Along the path and in the park are dispensers of "gloves" to pick up any doggie do. There's also a port-o-pottie in case owners need a rest break.
All in all, it's a very nice park. Something that's unique is that it's beside a fire station. When I visited on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't crowded and the dogs I saw were all well behaved. Park rules recommend that all dogs have their vaccinations, be healthy & well socialized. All dogs must be leashed when not in the fenced area.
