Accidents happen, and being prepared for an emergency-whether it is an injury, poisoning, heatstroke, or other event-is part of the responsibility that comes with being a dog owner. Always care for your dog in a manner that prevents most accidents from happening, but know what to do if an emergency situation arises despite your best efforts.
