Meet Cesar Millan

Cesar Millan is a renowned dog behavior specialist and appears on the National Geographic Channels popular television show The Dog Whisperer.

Born and raised in Mexico, Cesar felt a primal communion with nature from an early age. He earned the nickname El Perrero latin for The Dogman as a teenager because of his special connection with dogs.

Cesar moved to the U.S. and opened The Dog Psychology Center in Los Angeles, where he was able to put his behavioral techniques into practice for a large number of canines. He has since rescued and rehabilitated hundreds of lost causes -- dogs with behavioral issues such as insecurity to the more serious red zone aggression.

From appearing on Oprah to help her rehabilitate Sophie the Cocker Spaniel, to training Will Smiths Rottweilers, Cesars methods have proved valuable for dogs from all walks of life.

I have an 11 lb rescued mix. He's about 4 1/2 and has many issues. He is very aggresive towards other dogs on our walks. He's walked everyday and if we don't see another dog he walks very good but once he sees another dog, he's obsessed throughout the rest of the walks. He also has issues when I have people over. He (Chaos is his name) goes after everyone that enters. He's gotten better since he's been on Reconcile but people are still afraid. Oh he also bites sometimes. I've had him 2years and he's bit me twice and my mother twice. I've had a trainer at my home, he's been to school and he's a very sweet dog with a bad case of fear anxiety. Any ideas on how to get Chaos over this?

Hello Mr. Milan, My name is Amber SMith and I am from Tennessee. I have a 7 yr. old pit name Mokiey. He's a great dog but I do have a few issues and am at the end of my ropes.I am a ruck driver so therefore Mokiey is exposed to many different environments when we are out on the road. Mokiey is very much protective of me and not very good with other animals. But it's odd in certain cases I have seen him play but for the most not.He is also very skiddish of other people. I need help.I would really love to one day see him learn to play with other dogs and that all people arent bad and to realize that he doesnt have to be hanging off my hip 24 hours a day.If you could please help! I know that you have a pck of pits and it would be wonderful to see Mokiey be the same. my email is suthrn_cntry_grl@yahoo. com.
